The vessel was constructed with concrete, wood, metal
meshing, and metal rods and bolts for fasteners. The concrete form provides the structural support for each
supporting component of the vessel.
In the center of the concrete is a gabion style planter. Metal rods, which extend out from the
concrete, support the planter, as well as continuing through to the wood. The joining of concrete and metal rods
enforces the structural support of the vessel and enables it to sit anchored
above the ground.
